Approximately 1 oz. Alfalfa sprouting seeds. Alfalfa sprouts are incredibly nutritious. They are a rich source of minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, copper, and manganese. Alfalfa sprouts also contain vitamins C and A. Numerous B vitamins, vitamin K and fiber.
I add alfalfa sprouts to salads, sandwiches, soups, and a few savory dishes.
